How to contact us
If you need help with Pitchr, please contact us by email. We aim to respond to support requests as soon as reasonably possible.
Common support topics
- Account access, login, verification, or password reset issues.
- Questions about creating or updating your business profile.
- Problems with matches, shortlists, connections, endorsements, messages, or notifications.
- Subscription, purchase, restore purchase, or premium feature questions.
- Requests to delete your account or ask questions about retained records.
- Reporting inappropriate content, misuse, or suspicious activity.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from within the Pitchr app by opening My App Settings and selecting the delete option in the Account section.
If you cannot access the app, email support@pitchr.me from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your Pitchr account.
We may retain limited records where required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Subscriptions and purchases
Pitchr subscriptions are processed through the app store used to purchase them. If your premium access is not showing correctly, use the restore purchase option in the app settings screen.
For refund requests, please use the refund process provided by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was made.
Reporting safety or content concerns
To report inappropriate behaviour, suspicious activity, or content that may breach Pitchr rules, contact us at support@pitchr.me.
Please include your account email address, the username involved if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
